Our commercial Physical Damage Benefits Package helps cover the cost of repair or replacement of damaged commercial vehicles such as trucks and/or trailers and provides many additional related benefits.
The Physical Damage Benefits Package Program includes:
Physical Damage benefit. If our PD Benefit-Package Program’s eligibility requirements are satisfied, you will be indemnified against direct and accidental loss of or damage to a truck and trailer.
Deductible Waiver benefit. If our PD Benefit-Package Program’s eligibility requirements are satisfied, we will pay an agreed portion of the deductible, and you will be responsible for the remainder of $1,000, $2500, $5000 or $10,000.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefit. Enrolled TOA members receive ADD coverage up to $50,000.
Safety and Sponsor Safety Benefit. Enrolled TOA members and their sponsors have access to TOA’s safety programs.
Legal Services Benefit. Enrolled TOA members involved in a covered accident can take advantage of an optional free initial legal consultation.
Claim Benefit. Enrolled TOA members and their sponsors will have their claims expertly and expeditiously processed by a professional claims administration company we designate.
Discount Benefit. Enrolled TOA members receive discounts on lodging and vehicle rentals.
